Dear friends,
We invite you to have a close look of the information below so that you can select the most appropriate conditions for you. If you need more information – do not hesitate to contact us! There are three types of accommodation options for the upcoming Conference.
This year’s conference will be held at the base of the National Training Center of the Bulgarian Red Cross, located in the beautiful pine forest of Lozen Mountain, 20-30 minutes from the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia. The center has a bed capacity of 120 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms. They will be saved in the order of registration and payment. The base also has tent area, so one option is sleeping on a tent. The third accommodation option is a hotel, located in 15-minute drive from the conference location.
The prices below of the three different accommodation options include full access to the conference and food – three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are for six nights – from 2 to 8 August.
Food
In terms of food, please indicate your preference – meat or meatless.
Dinner is included for August 2 and breakfast is included for August 8.
Please email us if you arrive early on August 2 and wish to have lunch on August 2 as well.

Tent (6 nights + food three times a day (scheduled dinner on August 2 and breakfast on August 8) and full conference access) – € 250
Bed in a room in hotel outside conference venue (6 nights + food three times a day (scheduled dinner on August 2 and breakfast on August 8) and full access to the conference) – 350 euro
After May 1st
Bed in a room in the conference venue

Children
1. Children under 5 years (without extra bed in room) – free of charge
2. Children from 5 to 14 years – 35% discount from the price
3. Over 14 years – regular ticket
