European Democratic Education Conference EUDEC
1. Consent for visual material
Participants give their consent for the organisers to use photographs and video material featuring them to promote future democratic education conferences as well as the activities of the Community for Democratic Education and the European Democratic Education Community.
2. Tickets for participation
The full pass room includes:
- Accommodation in the rooms of the National Training Centre of the Bulgarian Red Cross, Lozen village;
- meals – 3 times a day in the cafeteria of the National Training Centre of the Bulgarian Red Cross, Lozen village;
- attendance of all events within the Conference – lectures, workshops, screenings, concerts, etc. including translation into Bulgarian/English of the events of the official program;
- the possibility of joining the festival program – it is the initiative of the participant to sign up on the spot in the schedule provided for this purpose and the volunteers on site will be available to help if necessary;
- the opportunity to communicate freely with all other visitors as well as with the speakers, respecting their personal boundaries and preferences.
The full pass tent includes:
- tent space – upon request, a tent rented from the organizers can be added;
- access to shared bathrooms and toilets;
- meals – 3 times a day in the cafeteria of the National Training Centre of the Bulgarian Red Cross, Lozen village;
- attendance of all events within the Conference – lectures, workshops, screenings, concerts, etc. including translation into Bulgarian/English of the events from the official program;
- the possibility of joining the festival program – it is the initiative of the participant to sign up on the spot in the schedule provided for this purpose and the volunteers on site will be available to help if necessary;
- the opportunity to communicate freely with all other visitors as well as with the speakers, respecting their personal boundaries and preferences.
The daily pass includes:
- Attendance of all events within the Conference – lectures, workshops, screenings, concerts, etc., including English/Bulgarian translation of the events on the official program;
- the possibility to be included in the festival program – it is the initiative of the participant to register on the spot in the schedule provided for this purpose and the volunteers on site will be available to help if necessary;
- the opportunity to communicate freely with all other visitors, as well as with the speakers, respecting their personal boundaries and preferences.
The 1-day-only pass includes:
- Attendance of all the events within the Conference for that particular day – lectures, workshops, screenings, concerts, etc., including English/Bulgarian translation of the events on the official program;
- the possibility to be included in the festival program for that day – it is the initiative of the participant to register on the spot in the schedule provided for this purpose and the volunteers on site will be available to help if necessary;
- the opportunity to communicate freely with all other visitors as well as with the speakers on that particular day, respecting their personal boundaries and preferences.
The paid fee does NOT INCLUDE:
- Transportation to and from the Conference venue (Bulgarian Red Cross National Training Center, Lozen Village);
- Child and Minor Care – Parents or companions of children retain responsibility for the safety and security of children and minors they have brought to the Conference;
- Additional food and beverages that are sold at the Conference site and are not part of the three meals menu (if full pass is paid);
- Products that may be sold at the Conference site – such as board games, books, etc.
3. Registration Fee Refund
The registration fee is refundable only if the Conference is not held. In case it is not possible for participants to attend the event once they have paid for it, they can look for other people to sell their tickets to, including using main communication channels such as the Facebook EUDEC event and the EUDEC Conferences Facebook group. Participants should notify the organisers in writing by email to eudec2023@odo.bg to transfer their ticket to another name.
4. Legal and administrative rules
In case of any disputes and possible violations, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
